My journey in fitness started long before the certifications and degrees. As a lifelong athlete, I fell in love early with the way movement can completely change your life — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But it was the personal ups and downs, that truly shaped how I see wellness. Those experiences reminded me that health goes far beyond workouts — and that real connection, community, compassion, and showing up for yourself are everything.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in all corners of the fitness world — from personal training to leading group classes at some of the most well-known boutique studios and big box gyms. Through it all, one thing has stayed consistent: my passion for helping people feel strong, empowered, and supported through movement.
That’s why I created Define Wellness — a space where I get to train individuals one-on-one, guide groups through thoughtful, energizing classes, and support people in building routines that feel aligned with their life, not forced into it. Whether you're just getting started or ready to go deeper, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel more at home in your body.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me challenging myself in a workout, hanging out with my nieces and nephews (my little besties), or spending time with the amazing women in my life. To me, wellness means living fully, moving often, and making space for what matters — and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do.
